Update on My Journal

The Update:

Hello, I know I haven't update for a long time. But I want to tell this big news. I have graduated now! Can't believe I am a bachelor now. Bachelor with a degree but also an eligible bachelors open for marriage, hahaha. For my graduation i choose to write a published journal instead the usual skripsi. I choose this because i want to challenge myself in making journal and understand how it was made and want to mark myself in the world of researcher, though still a small mark but it paves the way for a new path.

The challenge at first of making the journal. 

For 3 semester i learn how to make a skiripsi from the format in the Microsoft Word but also how to create a question, made an inquiry, the list of answers through scientific method and etc. But how to make journal? Nah, i didn't get that. Though I understand now, quite slowly and taking a long time to gain this understand journal is smaller version of skiripsi. Now, if i have that knowledge from the get-go I wouldn't have to stick myself with 10+ Bimbingan. Sorry not sorry, i do like my professor but not that much, and that money could go to a better nourishment (Coffe.) But it's also a good thing to have that many revisions, first it made me realize that making a discovery takes time but intrigue me to have better understanding of what i wrote. I'm not gonna lie, at the first to second revision i dont event know what iam writing or what the mumbo jumbo of a wordle i made make any sense. But along the way i understand it now. 

My journal is titled is Orion Pax’s Heroic Transformation under Oppression Using Vogler’s Hero’s Journey in Transformers One (2024) Movie

Bear with me. I know its a long name a wordy tittle, even i need to take a breather to say the tittle. I know its also about transformer movie. But, if you are a fan of Optimus Prime and his charismatic talk, then this one is for you. Before you know the name Optimus Prime, he is known as Orion Pax. Not a leader, but a slave miner. From that background you wouldn't think he can rise the rank of leadership, but he was chosen by the matrix to be one, a worthy tittle for the journey he had done. The reason for this movie to be analyze is because I'm a big fan of Transformer Universe (The bay movie universe and the cartoon, unfortunately not the 90's cartoon), second it's a new movie in 2024, thus the first of its kind to be analyze, third it's a good introduction of Optimus Prime background before becoming a prime, how he rise to leadership and changes he made to Cybertron, lastly to give reader different view and take on watching this movie. 

My key point on Orion Pax miner background to wise leader Optimus Prime is transformation. It takes a lot to have transformation with such a gap. Thus, Vogler Hero's journey is employed to gain better understanding on his transformation. It should be noted, Hero's journey is first made by Joseph Campbell’s but later refined by Vogler into 12 stages that fit into modern contemporary filmography. Orion Pax tranformation can be studied like this:

Though there are only 10 stages present from 12 stages, Vogler stated that it's okay.
