Lost in the woods

Miriam is her name. The mischievous little devil in these small villages. Her antics constantly terrorize the poor villager and her mother's weak heart. She is a small girl with golden curly hair and green eyes. Her mouth will turn into a devious smirk whenever some poor villagers get caught in her prank. Although Miriam's prank has been hard on the villagers, they never hated her. After all, she is a kind and curious girl at heart. She helped the elder bring a heavy bucket of water to their homes and helped her mother collect herbs in the forest. Just like this day, when the sun is at its highest peak, it would brighten Anjou's gloomy forest. Miriam and her mother had brought 2 empty baskets with them to put the herbs, which would be sold at the market later. After an hour of picking and plucking the herbs, Miriam grew bored. When her mother isn't looking her way, Miriam carefully sneaks away. 

She runs into the forest. She can feel the wind blowing gently at her golden curls. But, after a while, her feet grew tired. She looked around her surroundings and panicked when she saw the air had grown gloomy and humid. She had run into the deepest part of the forest. A place her mother forbids her to go. She had said many monsters live in her and like to eat small children. The thought of a monster eating her scared Miriam. She tried to return to her mother and take the direction she had taken.

But, what happened is that her feet took her to a big tree that had glowing golden leaves. The strange part is the tree bark is red, not brown like most trees. When Miriam looked down at her feet, she noticed the grass was golden brown instead of green. Many trees are also colored in weird colors like blue, red, purple, and green. It's like a fairy tale world! 

When Miriam looked closely at the golden leaves tree in front of her, she saw a small wing fluttering. she thought it must be a firefly, but when the firefly headed close towards her, it was not a firefly.

"you must be lost? Because you are not supposed to wander in this part of the forest, you are a human. Only magical creature is allowed here, like me. I'm a fairy." talk to the beautiful, white hair fairy. She had pointy ears and a kind smile. Her butterfly wings flap like a bird.

"I am not lost," Miriam said stubbornly. She wants to stay here and play with the kind fairy.

"You must be. No human should be this deep into the forest. It's dangerous. You could be eaten by a big bad wolf or a Banigma. You should go back to your mother." The fairy advises the little human.

"But, I don't want to. I want to play with you!" Miriam insists. She stomps her little feet at the ground.

The fairy sigh, although the little human is cute. The human is more stubborn than the dwarves and her fairy neighbor, Mr.Falon. She needs the little human away from this world before any magical creature sees her and decides to eat her for their dinner.

"I'll play with you only if you return to your mother." The fairy bargain. 

"And when is that?" Miriam frown 

"Next week, go back again to this forest, and we will play together." 

"Deal!" Miriam exclaims in excitement. She and the fairy shakes hand.

The fairy escorts Miriam back to her mother since Miriam forgot the direction. The fairy gives maria a beautiful golden lion tin, enhanced with magic so she would never be lost again. The liontion will also show direction to the fairy house. The fairy hid in the tree when they heard the tearful scream of Miriam's mother. Her eyes are damp with tears, as she had been crying, looking for her missing daughter. Her mother hugs her tight and then gives her an earful of lectures for being lost. While she listened to her mother nagging, Miriam waved goodbye to the white hair fairy.

Who hid behind a tree. The fairy gives a small wave before flies away into the forest. When they safely get back to her home, her mother still nags her, but the thought of playing with the fairy makes her smile. She can't wait for next week.
